Hotel Policies
|
- Check-In time is anytime after 3PM
- Check-Out time is 11:00 AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible)
- The Best Western Grande Cache Hotel considers guests aged 12 and under, at time
of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying
adult when using existing bedding.
- Please advise Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults & children.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in
- You may pay by credit card, cash, travelers cheques, or Best Western Travel Card
upon departure
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize
the credit card on the day of arrival. If we are unable to secure authorization
on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

- Cancellation policy is 4:00pm day before arrival.
- Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records

Currency
|
- All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian Dollars

Extra guests
|
- All room rates are based on single or double occupancy
- An additional charge of $20 +tax and levy per night will apply for each guest above
double occupancy (to a maximum of 4 additional guests).

Rollway Beds & Cribs
|
- Cribs may be obtained complimentary, subject to availability, please request in
advance.

Parking
|
- Parking is available free of charge during your stay at the Best Western Grande
